New 'Yoga to De-stress' Workshop
This valuable workshop has been specially designed by Charlotte to relieve you of mental, emotional and physical stress, leaving you feeling uplifted, refreshed and rejuvenated!
You will be taught the best yogic breathing exercises, postures, meditations and deep relaxation techniques to release all that tension. You can take these techniques home with you or to the work place to keep you uplifted at all times.
