Tuesday Yoga to Nourish Course 

7-8pm Yoga to Nourish-Ultimate Relaxation - beginners & pregnancy Join us for a unique class that combines yoga and massage to deeply nourish your mind, body & soul. I will guide you through a deeply relaxing and gentle flow of yoga postures using rhythmical breathing techniques combined with soft meditative music to feel your way into the soothing depths of each yoga pose. You will receive a short foot, hand or head massage to stimulate your bodily functions leaving you feeling well and truly nourished!

People often say they have the best nights sleep after this class!

Suitable for all levels including pregnancy.

Thursday Yoga Course 

7.30-8.30pm Hatha Yoga Course - intermediate Be guided through a livercleansing, heart soaring, flowing yoga sequence designed to strengthen, lengthen and detox your mind, body and soul!

 

This is a strong flowing, faster-paced, class with attention to alignment, adjustments and ujjayi breath with the ultimate goal of finding joy in challenges.

 

This class will help you smile through the struggles of life, on and off the mat!

 

Suitable for those with some experience of yoga

"I was really inspired by the dynamic yoga course and it has definately got me into yoga again. If I've woken up with an aching back I have been doing some stretches and voila! Ache gone - I've actually found myself in the afternoon thinking - wow - no ache! (and I've just lived with it for so long now, I feel quite free). I have been practising more and more frequently and am now doing it everyday when I have a spare moment - it's my new favorite thing!
